Best personal finance software?

 

A little while ago, before the massive recession threw everyone in the depths of their portfolios, I thought it would be prudent to graduate from spending my pen and paper to software. home budget software

 

My parents have dabbled with Quicken, and I was not really impressed with Microsoft Money. After I saw an article on the site Mint.com - and like what I heard and saw - I saw in the online service a whirl. It is clean, intuitive and polished - no tables needed. Money Management Software

 

Just yesterday, I came into a large head-to-head personal finance software showdown in Slate by Mason Currey, somewhat justified my choice. In IT, Currey pits Quicken Deluxe against Money against Mint against Wesabe against Quicken Online. The verdict? Quicken Online via coin by a hair, with the finding that Quicken online existence (and much of its functionality) is compared with the competitive pressure start coin. personal budget worksheet

 

The made me think: Now that the market has all the turmoil of re-examining their 401 (k) and their accounts, what is the best way to go?

 

What you use to Make a Personal Budget ?

 

So far, Mint has been relatively good for me, even if it had trouble loading in my 401 (k), and it is one of my strange than a savings account. The graphical interface is top, the e-mail reminders are helpful if you have more than one month of Finance entered into the system, and most of all, it is useful enough to me to want to check it regularly to. free budget worksheets

 

On the downside, Mint, you must upload to your account information, the fear is a perspective of the security-minded users, and it is not updated balances and pending charges as fast as I want. Also, it is one of my long-term savings as the money available, but it is something I would like to have the choice of my running total (also applies to student loans). personal budget planning
